What about Goucher College? Didn’t they recently require study abroad for every student to graduate? I would also deter you from saying that the campuses with the greatest amount of students studying abroad=top college for study abroad. While quality may be somewhat aligned with size of program, quality does not equal quantity in the overall value of the experience.
