Spelunking

Ever heard of spelunking?

Indiana University has.

The urban dictionary defines it the act of “exploring for the missing condom after deep penetration.”

And it’s actually a club at Indiana University. But don’t get too excited, it means something else there.

It is the act of exploring caves. Real caves.

The Indiana University Caving Club provides students, faculty, staff and community members the opportunity to crawl around in holes while practicing cave conservations.

The spelunking club does expeditions once a month and you go with qualified guides.

Definitely not for the faint of heart. You get a helmet and a light because cave exploration can be quite dangerous. There are all kinds of critters that live in caves and there have been cases of cave flooding—in fact five people have died through cave flooding in Indiana alone.

But if you are into exploring new terrain, spelunking at Indiana University might be for you. Who said college would be boring.
