Campus Representative Internship

All grown up and nowhere to work? Consider taking a student internship with CampusCompare. With skyrocketing unemployment rates, the job market isn’t an easy sell these days. It’s really important to prospective employers that you have previous work experience in order to reveal that you are a reliable and dedicated employee. Even if you have great college grades, having an internship is a great way to boost your resume and get some on the job training! And what do you know… CampusCompare is hiring interns for the spring semester! As a part of the CompareCrew, you’d have the opportunity to be ambassadors for CampusCompare.com at their schools. The internship is unpaid, but offers the possibility of school credit and monthly incentives (including giveaways, gift certificates, travel passes and more) for high achievers. Here’s some more detailed information!
Basic Roles and Responsibilities:
• Update and maintain your school’s portion of the CampusCompare website with reviews, videos, links, and photos, ensuring accuracy and relevance of posted information
• Raise awareness of CampusCompare by planning and attending a minimum of one marketing event of your choice (as approved by CampusCompare)
• Elect a minimum of one high school representative from the schools that feed into your college
• Post one blog entry per week about college life
• Update twitter account once a day with a tweet about your school
About you:
• Energetic, conversational , enthusiastic, and dedicated
• An interest in PR/Advertising/Marketing/Communications
• Strong communication and writing skills
